Memory Screening Event

Because memories should last forever.

Medicare recommends that adults age 60 and older receive a memory screening every year.

Why get a memory screening?

An early diagnosis of dementia can help individuals:

  • Better prepare for future care needs

  • Explore treatment options

  • Make end-of-life decisions

  • Establish legal and financial plans while they are still cognitively able to do so

What to expect

A memory screening consists of a 30-minute private interview with a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Your results will be provided immediately following the screening and will be reviewed with you during your appointment.
