*If you are registering your child for the Swim Team, the portal will be open
Tuesday, May 26, 9:00 am – Saturday, June 20, 5:00 pm.
Do not include them on your family pool membership.
The Swim Team registration covers the child's pool registration. Cost is $125.
MEMBERSHIP RATES
WALDWICK & MIDLAND PARK RESIDENT RATES
Individual Membership – (ages 18 – 61) $90 (early registration) --- $100 (regular season) *Do not choose this option if you are registering a family.
Couple Membership – (ages 18 – 61) $175 (early registration) --- $185 (regular season)
Caregiver Add-on – (ages18+) *Must be linked and purchased with a Family Membership
$90 (early registration) --- $100 (regular season)
Seniors (62+) (Proof of age required) - $50 (early registration) --- $60 (regular season)
Waldwick Senior Veterans (62+) (Proof of DD214 required) – 50% off membership
In-person registration at Borough Hall is required for this membership.
Full Season Family Memberships *1 adult per family membership required **Children ages 3 and under are FREE.
Family of 2 – $150 (early registration) --- $160 (regular season) *1 adult & 1 minor under 18
Family of 4 - $300 (early registration) --- $310 (regular season) *1 adult & 3 minors under 18 or 2 adults & 2 minors under 18
Additional child or adult add-on option available only for family of 2 & 4 memberships - $50 *max of 2 additional children can be added to a Family of 4 membership
*Family max of $400 *not to exceed maximum of 2 adults & 4 minors or 1 adult & 5 minors
Weekend Only Family Memberships – Valid ONLY on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays plus Holidays. *1 adult per family membership required **Children ages 3 and under are FREE.
Family of 2 – $100 (early registration) --- $110 (regular season) *1 adult & 1 minor under 18
Family of 4 - $195 (early registration) --- $205 (regular season) *1 adult & 3 minors under 18 or 2 adults & 2 minors under 18

Non-Resident Child (ages 4-17) - $250 each

FOR WALDWICK MEMBERS ONLY
GUEST PASSES - Daily guest passes are available for purchase by Waldwick members only at the pool - $15 flat fee (adult/child/senior). *Member must enter with the guest. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
GUEST PASS BOOKLETS - Guest Pass booklets $125 (10 passes). Available for purchase by Waldwick members at Borough Hall one week prior to opening day. *Valid only for the 2026 season. **Member must enter with the guest. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
NEW PROCEDURE TO CHECK-IN AT THE WALDWICK MUNICIPAL POOL
ALL MEMBERS are REQUIRED to Check-in each day at the entrance desk prior to entry.
Provide your last name or prior year ID card to be scanned. 2026 Membership must be paid otherwise you will not be admitted.
WAIT until the guard checks you in to ensure your membership is valid for 2026 and those that you are with are on the 2026 membership.
PLEASE NOTE:
New members of the pool will not be issued membership cards.
Renewing members may use their prior year ID card to check-in provided 2026 Membership is paid.

STEP 1: ONLINE Registration is required - CLICK HERE. Waldwick AND Midland Park residents are eligible to register for resident rates. All members MUST live at the same address year-round. Proof of residency will be required for new memberships only – see below for details.
Please note that ONLY Waldwick residents can purchase guest passes. No guests will be permitted for Midland Park members.
All other members, please refer to the Non-Resident rates listed below.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
STEP 2: MEMBERSHIP VALIDATION - ONLY NEW MEMBERS NEED TO COME TO BOROUGH HALL TO VALIDATE THEIR MEMBERSHIP. NO CARDS WILL BE ISSUED TO NEW MEMBERS AND NO STICKERS WILL BE ISSUED FOR MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS.
The following will be required to validate a new membership only in Borough Hall, 63 Franklin Tpke, Waldwick after you have completed your online registration and paid for your new membership.
New Members ONLY
Waldwick & Midland Park Residents:
• Your most recent Utility Bill (address must match Driver’s License)
• Copy of all adult driver’s licenses, including children over 18
• Copy of birth certificates for each child
New Out of Town Residents ONLY
• Copy of all adult driver’s licenses, including children over 18
• Copy of birth certificates for each child
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SETTING UP YOUR PROFILE: Every member listed in the profile MUST have a clear, up close and current photo of that individual in order for the Primary member to be able to choose them for the registration. Only the main photo on the Primary members account MUST include everyone who is on the 2026 registration. In the case of a family membership, the photo must include the entire family and in the case of a couple, the photo MUST include both members. ALL photos MUST be clear, up close and against a plain background.
Photo ID tips:
- Go to the Primary Members profile and hover over the icon. Click on it - then upload an image keeping in mind the following:
- Upload a color photo, taken in the last 6 months.
- Use a clear image. Do not use any filters commonly used on social media.
- Have someone else take your photo. NO selfies.
- Take off your eyeglasses for your photo.
- Use a plain white or off-white background.
